Playschool / Daycare
The pre - school room is in a large bright area with dividers, adjoining toilets and full disabled facilities which include a shower room.
Pre-school children aged between 3yrs to 5yrs can attend this service on a term time basis or can be booked into the Daycare service which is opened all year, both follow the pre - school curriculum which NIPPA (Northern Ireland Pre- school Playgroup Association) promote in their pre- school years.
Children are offered a variety of toys and equipment which promotes social interaction, physical and intellectual stimulation and learning. Structured play ensures the development of each child is maximised. Staffs monitor and record your Childs progress and regularly feed back to parents.
Sand and water play, jigsaws, books, and arts and craft will stimulate the pre - school child, music rhyme and large construction toys will encourage children to work together and learn new skills while playing. Patio doors lead directly into the garden which children can easily access; this is always supervised by staff.
Mid morning / mid afternoon children are provided with a light healthy snack.


Afterschool
Children are accommodated in a large bright room which adjoins the daycare room by room dividers.
On arrival school children are supervised with their homeworks, parents are advised to check their Childs work at home.
A dispatch and collection service to schools is available during term time; parents can book their children into to Daycare during school holidays. Mid afternoon a light healthy snack is provided. Children are offered activities appropriate to their age and development i.e. computer suite, arts and crafts, sand, water and table top toys, Afterschool children have easy access to the garden were there is a selection of climbing frames, swings, slides and pedal toys.
